By subscribing to our coaching services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payments.

1. Program Overview
   The coaching subscription offers access to the Executive Edge, which provides monthly sessions, resources, and actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.

2. Payment Terms

• Onboarding Fee

  • A one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee of $200 USD is required to join the program.

  • This fee is due upon registration and is separate from subscription fees.

• Subscription Options
  Participants may choose one of the following payment plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $400 USD per month, billed on the 1st of each month.

  • Annual Plan: $4,800 USD, billed as a one-time payment covering 12 months of participation.

• Commitment

  • Both payment options cover a 12-month term.

  • Early cancellation does not relieve the participant of the obligation to pay for the full 12 months.

• Non-Refundable Policy

  • All payments, including the onboarding fee and subscription fees (monthly or annual), are final and non-refundable.

• Payment Failure

  • If a payment cannot be processed, services may be suspended or terminated until the account is brought current.

  • Missed payments do not cancel the obligation to fulfill the 12-month commitment.

3. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations are permitted with a 30-day written notice.

4. Confidentiality
   All materials, discussions, and personal information shared within the program are confidential. Participants agree to:

• Refrain from sharing any confidential information without written consent.
• Use program materials solely for personal development and not for redistribution or commercial purposes.

5. Program Commitment

• Attendance and active participation in scheduled sessions are essential for achieving results.
• Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise arranged by Executive Edge.

6. Privacy
   Executive Edge does not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, send feedback to us, register for one of our courses and coaching or respond to a survey. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to Executive Edge program offerings, to survey you about your use or opinion, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

7. Intellectual Property
   All program content and materials are proprietary to Executive Edge. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the materials without express written consent.

8. Termination
   Executive Edge reserves the right to terminate participation for:
   • Non-payment of fees.
   • Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   • Actions that disrupt or hinder the program’s integrity.

9. Disclaimer
   Results are not guaranteed and depend on the participant's level of engagement and application of the program principles. Executive Edge is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from program participation.

10. Modification of Terms
    Executive Edge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Participants will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
