Coaching Agreement
Welcome to Executive Edge
By enrolling in any Executive Edge program, including the Executive Edge Mastermind or Executive 1-on-1 Coaching with Nora Paxton or Jennifer Molloy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making any payment.
1. Program Options
a. Executive Edge Mastermind
A group-based coaching and strategic development experience designed to elevate leadership effectiveness and performance. Includes monthly sessions, resources, and actionable strategies for growth.
Payment Options
- Monthly Plan: $450 USD per month, billed automatically each month from the enrollment date.
- Annual Plan: $4,800 USD, billed as a one-time payment covering 12 months.
Commitment
- Both plans cover a 12-month term.
- Participants may cancel within the first 30 days for a 100% refund under the satisfaction guarantee (see Section 2).
- After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, and the full 12-month term must be fulfilled.
Cancellation
- Requires 30 days’ written notice.
- Missed payments or sessions do not cancel the 12-month commitment.
b. Executive 1-on-1 Coaching with Nora Paxton or Jennifer Molloy
A personalized six-session executive coaching program. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is scheduled by mutual agreement within 12 months of the first session.
Fee
- $2,500 USD for the six-session program.
- Payment is due in full prior to the first session.
Scheduling Policy
- Sessions must be completed within 12 months of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited session.
- If the Coach must reschedule, every effort will be made to accommodate the Client’s schedule.
2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident you will gain significant value from our programs. That is why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must request the refund in writing within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- You must have attended the first session of your program (Mastermind or 1-on-1 Coaching).
We offer this policy to ensure that participants give the program a fair opportunity to deliver on its promise.
If, after attending your first session, you feel the program is not a good fit, simply contact us at [insert your email address] within the 30-day period. We will process your full refund promptly, no questions asked, as long as the above conditions have been met.
After the 30-day period, all payments become final and non-refundable.
3. Confidentiality
All materials, discussions, and personal information shared within Executive Edge programs are confidential. Participants agree to:
- Refrain from sharing confidential information without written consent.
- Use materials solely for personal or organizational development, not for redistribution or resale.
Coaches may reference anonymized cases or general themes for professional purposes without disclosing identifying details.
4. Client Commitment and Responsibilities
- Active participation is required for meaningful results.
- Clients are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and engaged.
- Missed sessions (without proper notice) will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Coaching is a developmental process, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
- Results depend on the client’s level of engagement and implementation.
5. Payment and Account Status
- Payments must be made via approved methods.
- Payment failure may result in suspension or termination of services until resolved.
- Missed or failed payments do not relieve the Client of financial obligations for the agreed term.
6. Intellectual Property
All Executive Edge content, materials, and methodologies are proprietary.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Executive Edge provides tools, strategies, and guidance to support personal and professional growth. Results vary based on individual engagement and circumstances. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Executive Edge, its coaches, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in any program.
9. Termination
Executive Edge reserves the right to terminate participation for:
- Non-payment of fees.
- Breach of confidentiality or terms.
- Actions that disrupt program integrity or group culture.
If the Client terminates after the 30-day guarantee period or after the program begins, no refunds will be issued.
10. Modification of Terms
Executive Edge may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
12. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By enrolling in any Executive Edge program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
