This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into today by and between:

1. Executive Edge, located at Washington, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), and

2. Executive Edge Participant, (hereinafter referred to as "Participant").

 

1. Program Overview

The Participant agrees to enroll in the Executive Edge Mastermind (the "Program"), an exclusive monthly virtual experience designed for business leaders, including Directors and Vice Presidents. The Program integrates the Leadership Compass model to deliver actionable insights, expert-led discussions, and peer-driven problem-solving.

 

2. Program Components

  • Monthly Virtual Meetings: 3-hour sessions hosted on Zoom.
  • Content: Expert-facilitated discussions, leadership skill-building, and peer-to-peer problem-solving.
  • Framework: Based on the Leadership Compass, focusing on real-world applications and strategic leadership.
  • Duration: A year-long commitment from the date of the first session.

 

3. Fees and Payment

The total annual fee for participation in the Program is $4,900.00, payable as follows:

  • Upfront Payment for Spot Reservation (Non-Refundable): $100.00 USD. This payment secures your spot in the program and is non-refundable.

  • Subscription Fee: $400.00/month. The subscription requires a 12-month commitment, with payments processed monthly, starting on April 1st.

  • Duration: The program requires a 12-month commitment, and the subscription payments will be billed monthly, beginning on April 1st.

  • Non-Refundable: All payments, including the upfront payment and monthly subscription fees, are final and non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

To ensure a secure and open environment for discussion, the Participant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared within the Program.

4.1 Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, challenges, proprietary information, trade secrets, and personal details shared by other participants or facilitators during the Program.

4.2 Non-Disclosure Obligations: The Participant agrees to:

  • Not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent from the disclosing party.
  • Use Confidential Information solely for purposes related to the Program.
  • Protect Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care as their own confidential information.

4.3 Exceptions: Confidential Information does not include information that:

  • Is publicly known at the time of disclosure.
  • Becomes publicly known through no fault of the Participant.
  • Is disclosed under legal obligation or governmental authority. 

 

5. Participant Responsibilities

The Participant agrees to:

  • Attend and actively participate in all scheduled sessions.
  • Respect the confidentiality and opinions of other participants.
  • Bring relevant challenges or topics for discussion.

 

6. Provider Responsibilities

The Provider agrees to:

  • Facilitate sessions with professionalism and expertise.
  • Provide access to program resources and materials.
  • Maintain a confidential environment for participants.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by the Provider during the Program are proprietary and remain the property of the Provider. The Participant may use these materials solely for personal development and not for commercial purposes.

 

8. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by:

  • The Provider, for breach of confidentiality or failure to adhere to Program expectations.
  • The Participant, with written notice, understanding that no refunds will be issued.

 

9. Liability

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participation in the Program. The Participant acknowledges that outcomes depend on their engagement and application of Program content.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, USA.

 

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

Signatures

By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
