Executive Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Jennifer Molloy ("Coach") and the undersigned individual or organization ("Client"). By entering this Agreement, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below for the six-session executive coaching program.

1. Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide six (6) one-on-one coaching sessions as part of an executive coaching program. Each session will last approximately 60 minutes and will be scheduled by mutual agreement. The total cost for the program is $2,500.

2. Fees and Payment

• Payment for the program is due in full prior to the first session. Payment is non-refundable once the program begins.
• Payment must be made via the approved payment methods provided by the Coach.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Sessions must be scheduled within a 12-month period from the date of the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The Client may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session will be considered forfeited.
• If the Coach needs to reschedule, every effort will be made to accommodate the Client’s schedule.

4. Confidentiality

• All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
• The Coach may discuss general themes or anonymized case details for professional development purposes but will not reveal identifying information.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for showing up to each session on time and prepared to engage.
• The Client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process, and their active participation is required for success.

6. Limitations of Coaching

• Coaching is a professional partnership designed to support the Client's personal and professional development. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
• The Client acknowledges that results are dependent on their effort and commitment.

7. Intellectual Property

• Any materials, resources, or methodologies provided by the Coach remain the intellectual property of the Coach and may not be shared, distributed, or replicated without written consent.

8. No Guarantee

• The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on various factors, including the Client's participation and circumstances.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. If the Client terminates after the program begins, no refund will be issued for unused sessions.

10. Indemnification

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the coaching program.

11. Entire Agreement

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. It supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings related to the coaching program.

12. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
